Smart honey (for hosts)

Lionectar is made from freeze-dried fruit and raw honey.

A versatile and clever ingredient for the catering industry, it can be served in a variety of forms, depending on the dilution, such as in dressings, ice cream, ice cream, juice, lemonade, cocktails, smoothies, tea, flavoured mineral water, marshmallows or as a no-bake dessert.

In addition to their delicious taste, raw honey and fruit naturally contain vitamins, minerals, trace elements, amino acids and beneficial bacteria with prebiotic properties.

Wecurrently offer chilled , ready-to-eat ice creams and soft drinks to restaurants andretailers. Also available in juice packs for on-site processing.

The only'downside ' is that its thick consistency needs to be diluted and blended as necessary before use - but this is because it retains its unique nutritional value, which very few foods can offer.

As it contains no added water, it has a long shelf life, no refrigeration and is easy and convenient to transport - just move the essentials around.
