100% lyophilized (freeze-dried) oranges:We insist on natural ingredients. Freeze-drying is a modern water extraction technique, after which the orange retains 97% of its nutritional value, including colour and quality, with no added substances.
The pollen: contains 20 of the 22 amino acids, 18 vitamins, 25 minerals, many trace elements, enzymes and fatty acids.
Propolis:A mixture of about 200 different substances, the main components are: resins, balsams, waxes, essential oils, pollen. Also contains: vitamins, trace elements, minerals, enzymes, flavonoids, terpenes, amino acids.
Beespermes is the only natural substance containing more than 150 biologically active constituents: proteins, fats, sugars, vitamins, minerals, trace elements, enzymes and many other bioactive substances. Royal jelly is the "milk" of the bees.

The texture and content of our honey specialities. This natural processing method allows our honeys to crystallise, a clear sign of their high quality and natural state. Our speciality honeys have a thicker, creamier consistency, often with a firmer, spoon-chiselled texture. This quality is appreciated by our experienced consumers, but may come as a surprise to first-time buyers. The natural consistency can be modified by gentle heating below 40°C, which softens the consistency. A major advantage of a firmer consistency is that honey can be sucked for longer, giving the valuable nutrients more time to be absorbed through the oral mucosa and thus more effectively exert their beneficial effects.
