- Average nutritional value/100g: 722 kJ, carbohydrate 17g (of which sugars 12.5g), protein 13.5g, fat 5.5g (of which saturated fatty acids 2.1g), 10-HDA >1.4g, salt <0.1g, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 11.8 mg, vitamin B7 (biotin) 380.0 µg.

- Essentials: 100% bee bread
